  1. More Powerfull Naming of Files in Dropbox Sync

    Add the option of adding the contents of a submitted field to the title of the document when it is saved to the database and to DropBox Sync. Also, add an option to Dropbox Sync that forces it to create a (1), (2) etc addendum, instead of writing over a previous entry from the same day, with having to add a unique E-Sig ID number.

  2. Forms by Group

    Have different targeted groups for forms. For example, HR can send "these" documents, managers can send "these," etc. This would be perfect, if it is already a capability then awesome and I am just missing it.

    Actually I just re-read your request and you can currently do this with our “Templates” and “User Roles” add-ons. With both of these add-ons installed simply create a NEW TEMPLATE and share it with a specific ROLE (or WP User).

  3. Be able to Edit After Invitations are sent.

    I have several instances after negotiations that small tweaks need to be made to the document but I see no way to currently do that after the invitations have gone out without deleting the document and recreating it with the changes.

  4. User Registration After Signing - Choose Username

    We currently have an Add-On "WordPress User Registration After Signing" that creates a new WP User after a customer/client signs a contract.

    The issue is that it creates the username from the email address which is not ideal. The issues with this method are:

    1) If a user doesn't remember to change their display name and do any posting etc. their email is public for the world to see/bots to harvest. This can open up huge privacy concerns for users.

    2) Technically it stores the email address in two places, their username and again in their email. WordPress has 2…

    Hi Amber, thank you for these great suggestions. I can definitely see the value in being able to allow users to create a username. I’ll be sure to pass this info along to our developers and see what they think. In regards to your comment below about being able to assign contracts to existing WordPress users we have a new feature coming out in 1.3.1 (which will be released early next week) that will allow you to assign contracts to a WordPress user role.

    This feature will let you create any number of “required” docs for any WordPress user type. You simply create your docs. Assign them to a “User Role” and insert a shortcode on the page where you want your logged in users to see their required (or optional) docs and also you can add a separate shortcode for the “Signed Docs.”

    We look forward to sharing this…

  5. Stand Alone Document Approval

    Posting a stand alone document is great, but after the individual signs it, we need to then approve it (sign it) and then that would be the final document. The way it is now, we would either not be able to approve the document or we have to email each individual the document after they ask for it (we have potentially 100s of these). This is such a problem that I don't know if this plugin will work for us.

  6. logo size

    The custom logo in the email is way to small, and it appears to be fixed regardless of the image size we upload. Please re-size it so that it is a more appropriate size relative to the remainder of the email template.

  8. Shortcut : Click to "Approve"

    Instead of having to go through the whole signing process 1001 times, for companies with very standard forms or approving procedures, approving managers can just click to approve within the notification email instead of clicking to the document, finding the signature portion and signing/typing in the field.

  9. Can a random person request to sign a document from the website directly, or do you have to make them a user?

    I want to be able to have new clients that I dont know go on the website and request to sign the document. Once they have approval, be able to sign the document and view it. Is that possible?

  10. Output file for collected signatures for a standalone document that's been signed by hundreds of people.

    I need an option to run a report listing who has signed a document. We send a document to hundreds of users at one time and it is cumbersome to track signatures using the current page by page list.

  12. Document Signing - Flow / Wizard

    As an {admin} user, I need the {ability to specify a series of documents to be signed by the end user} so that {I can capture all necessary documents in my businesses enrollment process.}

I would like to be able to select a set of documents that the end user has to sign as as part of an enrollment process. Currently, I can create a set of single documents for the user to sign but I can not tie several documents together…

  13. It would be great for our business if we had an option to add a calculation between 2 fields.: F1 - Amt x F2 - Percent = Fee for Service

    We provide a fixed fee (WooCommerce Product) plus a value addded up-charge as a percent of liquidity we genrate at plan and above plan. Being able to have our CMO set these fields or even the client enter their target we could reduce our closing steps from 3 to 1. This will have a profoundly posutive impact on our closing process.

  14. Dropbox: Better synchronization options

    As an {admin} user, I need the {a finer grain ways to specify to dropbox using values entered by the end user as part of the file name} so that {I can better sort and manage data for standalone documents.}

It would be better if I could specify the filenames generated using the fields entered by…

    You documentation is very much lacking. There's almost nothing that I have tried to find where there was any information on the subject.

    Hey guys we’re actually in the middle of completely overhauling the entire plugin… including the input field module. We plan to integrate more developer friendly ways to automate and manage the contracts. Stay tuned for some announcements likely around or after the holidays.

  19. Ability to manually sign document

    In cases where a client prints and hand signs a document, it would be useful to be able to manually mark the document as signed so it doesn't sit forever in the "Awaiting signatures" section of the backend.
