Increase Function
- Create Folders to sort Signed Documents (Right now all forms are in one location)
- When a form is first signed it disappears and no longer can be edited. It would be beneficial to be able to access this original document.
- Allow Admin user to give other users access to created template and forms. This would allow team members to the Admin to see signed documents.

Document Signing - Flow / Wizard
As an {admin} user, I need the {ability to specify a series of documents to be signed by the end user} so that {I can capture all necessary documents in my businesses enrollment process.}
Currently, there is no way to specify a series of documents to be signed by an end user. I would like to be able to select a set of documents that the end user has to sign as as part of an enrollment process. Currently, I can create a set of single documents for the user to sign but I can not tie several documents together…

Dropbox: Better synchronization options
As an {admin} user, I need the {a finer grain ways to specify to dropbox using values entered by the end user as part of the file name} so that {I can better sort and manage data for standalone documents.}
Currently, synchronization to dropbox is limited in the filenames produced. For standalone documents this requires the admin to open up each document and look at the fields entered to sort them into a meaning categories based on the values entered by the end user. Ability to manually sign document
In cases where a client prints and hand signs a document, it would be useful to be able to manually mark the document as signed so it doesn't sit forever in the "Awaiting signatures" section of the backend.

7 votesWhile we do not have a Paypal integration for WP E-Sign. We do integrate with EDD, WooCommerce, GravityForms, Ninja Forms, WP Forms, Formidable, and Caldera Forms which ALL have paypal integrations. So you could very easily still integrate paypal into your workflow using WP E-Signature and one of the many thrid-party integrations :-)

Translate the confirmation e-mail
the confirmation e-mail that's sent after signing a document is written in English. I would like to be able to use my own text (in dutch). Also I would like to be able to not send a confirmation e-mail at all.

Enable/Disable Electronic Signatures / System Generated Signatures
We would like the option to enable or disable the different signature styles the signer can use when signing our forms.
We want all of our signers to sign with the system generated signatures (type my signature).

Conditional logic
Hi there. Do you have any plans to introduce conditional logic (Gravity Forms style) for content blocks in a document template? This would be a killer feature in my view. Perhaps you could even integrate Gravity Forms and approveme in some way, perhaps through a Zapier integration?

Get some phone support. Incredible confusing due to lack of videos
Just confusing enough to make me want to pull out my hair. Get some over the shoulder videos so this does not confuse the heck out of us. Or get a phone person to quickly resolve issues.

Sign documents directly from e-mail
It would be great if I could send my clients their contract via mail and they could reply, sign and send. LIke a shortcode which I can copy and paste in e-mails.

Add-on the ability to embed a video in the document.
If I want elucidation in a document, I should be able to embed a video. This is nice for impressive proposals (your system is sooo close to proposal software; big market!) In the PDF download of the document, perhaps it is just a link or an image with a link.

Add template fields for outgoing Basic documents
Similar to "signer fields" via the add-on, it would be great to specify fields that you could customize per Basic document you send out.
For example, your contract template looks like:
"Hi, %name%
By signing this document, you agree to an initial payment of %field1% and thereafter a monthly payment of %field2% with a payment date on the %field3% day of the month.
..."The %fieldx% placeholders could appear in multiple different places within the template, some of them several times each.
Then when you send the document to be signed, the fields that appear in the template would appear…

Company name as a field as a profile field.
So we can generate a receipt for the business, please allow the company name to be used in the shopping cart.
