How can we improve WP E-Signature?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Add Custom Signature Blocks

    I need to include signature blocks for certain contracts that involve businesses as one or multiple parties. In my mind this might take the form of a custom signature block builder that could be offered as a prompt during the contract creation process. I use wpesign to extend my WooCommerce store, so the ability to define names of authorized signers, their titles and the names of their businesses would be a requirement. In order to automate the contract process I would also need to be able to tie into your WooCommerce shortcodes that allow insertion of WC order details so…

  6. Custom Validation filter for SAD

    Add a hook in Stand Alone Documents to allow custom validation scripts to run. All that is needed is adding one line of code:
    do_action('esig-sad-validation-check');

    at line 317 of esig-stand-alone-docs/public/esig-sad.php, inside the display_document function.

  7. Polylang support - language

    It would be great if you add Polylang support. At this moment it redirects to the default language page when the customer signs the document, which makes user experience sad. In other words please add multi-language support!

  8. Removing Site URL from Footer

  10. More Robust Signature Line

    This plugin only has a signature line for the signature, which is quite amateurish, considering that you claimed to have done legal research. Well apparently you didn't do enough research. People don't always sign as themselves. They need to sign as a principal of an entity and include their job title. A professional signature line includes a company name and under that, "BY.... Name.... Title.... Date." For example, ACME, LLC, then underneath that, "BY: [signature]" Then underneath that, "Name: John Doe, as Principal of ACME, LLC." Then underneath that, "Title: Vice President of Sales." That's why you idiots are hurting…

  15. A custom email for the final reminder nag

    The email nag has the option to send a reminder when a person hasn't yet signed. It would be handy if there was an option to send a different email after x amount of days. For instance if they don't sign for something that is time sensitive they would get a different email about it.

  19. Where is 2.0?

    Seeing many of my own issues across this thread with responses "coming soon in 2.0 / stay tuned!!!" "releasing beta in a few months!" "so close to releasing 2.0!"

    Many of these are dated from 2017.

    Document frontend upload,
    Document dashboard,
    Better Branding options,
    Fillable PDFs,
    Upload PDF for signature,
    Custom usernames...

    These are all important, much-needed updates and the responses are "almost completed! will arrive in 2.0!"

    Is 2.0 real or just a delay mechanism to keep people hanging/hopeful?

    I am trying to get this plugin to work for me but the lack of the above features cripple its…

  20. Set and Track Expiry (Validity Period) for Signed Documents

    Most legal documents have an expiry date, such as for waivers (standalone documents) or even real estate contracts. For standalone documents, it will be nice to be able to set and track the expiration period (i.e. 1 month, 1 year, 2 years, etc) from the signing date. Or even set a fixed date for expiry and also set a reminder period to the document admin.
