  1. Attach contracts to new orders created from backend

    Hi! We take quite a lot of phone orders. It would be nice if we could automatically attach and send the stand alone contracts. Right now, we have to make the order and prepare a contract (from the template) separately. It'd be great if this process could be streamlined.

  3. Elementor/WP Fusion Integration

    Being able to collect user form data from Elementor form fields to be used in the contract would be great.

    Also, It's been said before, but the design is highly lacking.

    Being able to design the contract anyway I want using Elementor would be ideal.

    On another note, being able to automatically send user's a custom contract URL using Active campaign automation after closing a deal would be ideal.

    The problem I see is~ not being able to link the custom contract URL to a user's contact record containing a custom field that would hold this URL.

  4. Today's date

    For most of my proposals/estimates, it includes a "today's date." Currently I am writing a php code to solve for this. Lovely if you could add that to the drop down for when a document was created. So really it is creation date.

  5. Customize the Back to Main Site URL

    Am testing my first document but after completion of the signing I click Back to Main Site and it goes to the site's root domain, not to the page it left when going to the E-signature document. Why isn't the Back to Site URL a part of the settings for every doc? Have I missed something?

  6. Create Documents With Form Layout

    ApproveMe works well with text contracts but there are occasions when a form layout is needed e.g. Job Application, Mortgage etc. that has user fillable fields

    Hence when creating a document, it would be helpful if a form layout or similar could be used.

  7. Capability of Editing Document

    It would be great if we had the capability of editing a document, after it has been sent and prior to recipient signing. At times we need to make an adjustment to a agreement before they will sign.

  8. Issues on Enter / Return in Textbox Field

    I have a document that requires the signer to enter some information. I have added a textbox field to the document. If a signer tries to add a line break within the textbox field by hitting the enter / return key, it opens up the signature modal. If you cancel out of the modal, you see that a line break was added to the textbox field, but this is less than user friendly. And most users wouldn't realize that they need to do this.

    I'm assuming that there is some javascript in place capturing keystrokes and opens the modal if…

  9. Date Picker Dropdown

    Hi guys, it would be great if there was an option to use a drop down date picker for the signer input fields. One of the things I need to have is my students date of birth and in the current format they need to keep pressing the back button to scroll backwards through the months which is very tedious for them. At the moment I have changed this to just a text field so they can just add it there instead but it would be much better is it was a drop down for day, month and year like…

  10. Add Terms of Use as PDF attachment

    Add-on ability to attach Terms of Use as PDF file to email sent to eSigners so they have a copy of what the terms are, as it is difficult as a user to find them after the fact.

  11. When Standalone documents were selected ONLY those were selected NOW it selects those AND the signed documents which is incorrect.

    Please, just correct the issue. Now, it selects hundreds of more documents that should not be selected when clicking the standalone documents

    Adding sync to Docuware. Some clients do not want to use Dropbox or Google Drive and prefer Docuware. Is there any plan in future releases to add this capability?

    Can we add a field that will let you show only the selected characters of the input on the PDF's, this would help with passwords or Cards.

    i.e. only show last 4 characters on left, or show 0 characters on PDF see below.

  18. Create pricing for the little guys

    I'm a 2 employee company. I'll be using 1 mode. And that is contract mode. This doc will never change and I need all my client to sign this agreement. It would be nice for a $99 forever option for only 1 mode. It's just not wroth it to me ($300) to buy it.

  20. Add custom message to the top of signing page

    We have only recently started using WP E-Signature for our company and am already loving it. We make use of standalone contracts and are somewhat concerned that our clients may not know that after submitting out application form the next step would be to sign the contract as most clients are directed to our website from either Facebook or Google. It would help if we could have a message that displays on top of the contract page that instructs clients that they are not quite done yet.
