How can we improve WP E-Signature?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Allow delegates to create and edit documents that a different signer can sign

    I have an assistant who I'd like to create and edit documents, but she will never need to sign the documents. If she creates them, then it has her name as the signatory, but that needs to be me. If she transfers ownership to me, then she can no longer see the documents to edit them if needed.

    I would like contracts to be able to be seen and edited by certain roles but you can choose who is added to the contract for their signature.

  2. Is it possible for a document creator to add different Coverage and page logos on different documents

    We are a Design Company that would like to change the image on our cover page and logo image for different documents.

  3. Insert a table that will use formulas.

    This would be handy for contracts when pricing varies. The table could calculate the pricing and enter the amount in the proper location. This would avoid calculation mistakes and increase ease of use.

  4. esig_document_after_invite_sent

    Hello,

    esigdocumentafterinvitesent action hook is not being called from the add() function within WPEDocumentsController.

    Is there any reason why it's not being called in add() while it's getting called on edit() and inviteusercallback() in ESIGSADAdmin?

  6. Integrate with Restrict Content Pro

    Would love you to integrate with Restrict Content Pro, in the same way as you do with Easy Digital Downloads. We currently require our members to sign an agreement before accessing resources and our community and having an integration to RCP for this would be really useful! Thanks.

  7. Multiple Signer feature for Standalone addon

    It would be great if you add an option of more than one signers for a standalone document too (same as basic one's).

  8. Bulk PDF download

    Ability to bulk download signed PDFs of a stand alone document. My clients can have hundreds of PDFs they currently have to download one by one. Bulk download would be fantastic!

  9. output format

    would like if you could see format of final product, aka, letter/legal printing. Now there's not a way to preserve a format that is also responsive on the site. Ideally I want to have it printed on letter or legal size with an idea of how it will show up on the output. Right now that's just not possible.

    How infuriating. The only way to contact you is with a webform, but the submit button disappears as soon as any message is written. I'm in Chrome on a Mac and this is not impressive...

  12. add logic or a way to have parent or guardian signature if contractee is under 18

    Currently I do not see a way to have more than one signer based on conditional logic. If a person is signing a contract but is under 18, it will require a parent or guardian signature as well. Based on a date selection, you could enable conditional logic to add an additional signer. If this is possible already... please advise how.

    Hi, I was trying to use your Contact form for pre-sales questions and the form says my email address in not a valid format. I tried several email addresses that I use, and the form would not let me submit any of them. Please fix. I have urgent questions. Thanks.

  15. Allow Signer to Delegate or Decline Signing

    I am used to Adobe Esign which allows signers to sign, delegate or decline.

    One key benefit would be that this allows signers to terminate the automatic reminder emails in an alternative, more productive way than marking the emails as spam.

  18. Add custom message to signer invite email - should be format capable

    IF we're trying to send a form to signed and want it to have greater detail in the custom message, no matter what we do to format, it bunches all of the paragraphs together and looks like a text. It's not very professional and should allow for formatting.

  19. Add custom variables to documents

    One thing you want to avoid when using templates is to forget to fill a part that is generic. For instance, "The project will be delivered in X days". Forgetting to change "X" for the right number (e.g. 5) is not really professional.

    To avoid that, I suggest we can create variables like this:
    The project will be delivered in [esign var="days"] days.

  20. Add support for WPML
