  1. Insert a table that will use formulas.

This would be handy for contracts when pricing varies. The table could calculate the pricing and enter the amount in the proper location. This would avoid calculation mistakes and increase ease of use.

  2. Signature request address book

It would be nice if you can populate people you frequently request signatures from as a subsriber that already has their name and email so you as the sender do not have to type their name, look up their email. A window pull down on each field showing the names and email would save a lot of time.

  3. Agreement created after purchase and sent to third party, not customer

I need a way to generate a contract after customer pays for a product, only this contract is not for the customer but for the website and a third party to deliver the product the customer purchased.

  4. Less "chrome" at the top and bottom of the signing window.

I'm placing my document in a modal window and the black bars at the top and bottom of the approveme interface take up 2/3 of the space of the modal window. The document itself only has like an inch of visibility. An option I'd like to see is a "minimal" option where the black bars are shorter.

  5. Can the WP log in credentials be omitted from a signed document?

Hi, our documents for signature are accessed through a generic log-in to Wordpress. When producing documents for signature, these credentials appear on the signed document. It is confusing to our signers. Is there a way to omit this information from the signed document?

  8. Allow the creation of a new "draft" document from an existing document (either signed or awaiting signature)

I know you can not allow someone to edit a document once it is created but it would be great if you could allow them to create a new "draft" document using the same content as an existing document.

Many times you create a contract, send it to a signer only to have them request edits. If you where not smart enough to same a copy of the html content before you send it, you have to start from scratch.

This is by far the biggest problem I have with your program as it requires me to keep copies of…

When all fields have been filled and the signature popup is visible and the user presses the enter key, the form is submitted and the following page returns errors.

  11. shareable document link

It would be greate to have a share-able document link. This is the only reason I am using the Dropbox extension, so that I can send a link to the signed document.

This is a great idea. One of the challenges though, is that as a security precaution, we don’t store generated documents on our customers servers. The document data is encrypted and stored in the database to prevent tampering or theft. Generating a PDF and storing it in a directory opens on the door for other security exploitations. We are working on new unique ways to solve this challenge. Thanks again for the feedback.

  12. Can a random person request to sign a document from the website directly, or do you have to make them a user?

I want to be able to have new clients that I dont know go on the website and request to sign the document. Once they have approval, be able to sign the document and view it. Is that possible?

  17. Output file for collected signatures for a standalone document that's been signed by hundreds of people.

I need an option to run a report listing who has signed a document. We send a document to hundreds of users at one time and it is cumbersome to track signatures using the current page by page list.

  19. esig_document_after_invite_sent

    Hello,

esig_document_after_invite_sent action hook is not being called from the add() function within WP_E_DocumentsController.

Is there any reason why it's not being called in add() while it's getting called on edit() and invite_user_callback() in ESIG_SAD_Admin?

    Thanks,

    Adrian

  20. Email Verification for Stand-Alone Documents

The feature request is for email validation for stand-alone documents.

Current Fow: Customer Signs document--> Contract signing complete--> Email is sent to both parties.

Proposed Flow: Customer Fills Out Document-->Email is sent to the customer with a button to confirm email and redirect to the final signing-->Customer Signs Document--> Contract signing complete--> Email is sent to both parties (with correct customer email.)

Do you have any plans for javascript form validation in the future? This would be a great feature!

Thanks for the feedback. We have something similar in the pipeline. We are working on integrating a third party email validation service into our software which would solve the issue of ensuring the email used is real.

    Would this solve your needs?
