How can we improve WP E-Signature?

  2. Signing multiple forms at once

    Signing multiple forms at once. I have multiple forms that need to be signed but the only way I can figure out how to do it is to create one "stand alone document" for each form, then have them redirect to each other. But this means that the client has to still enter their name, email address, and sign each individual form. Is there an easier way to do that that I'm missing? (And ultimately I need each form to be its own PDF - or at least its own page in a PDF).

  3. Add Gravity Form fields generated through the Repeater Plugin

    Support Repeater Plugin that extends gravity forms. You currently do not support this with your Esign plugin. I already contacted support and was told to put in a request, which I did, but was closed, so I now I am doing it again.

  4. Hide empty fields

    Not all of my Gravity Form fields are mandatory. Some are conditional fields, and some are optional values.

    It would be great if the "insert field" shortcode could include a "Title" and an option to "Hide if empty".

    [esiggravity formid="3" field_id="11" title="Other" hideEmpty="true" ]
    could produce
    <label for="fieldName123">Your title here</label><span id="fieldName123" class="hideEmpty underline"></span>

    Then, a fairly simple jQuery statement could hide all hideEmpty fields whose text value is empty.

  5. When is 2.0 due out?

    Any ETA on this? The solutions to some of my problems are all things that are being considered for 2.0, but without any date of when that will be I'm in a bit of a quandary.

    Hey guys we’re actually in the middle of completely overhauling the entire plugin… including the input field module. We plan to integrate more developer friendly ways to automate and manage the contracts. Stay tuned for some announcements likely around or after the holidays.

    We will be introducing “cloned” fields in our 2.0 version which is currently in development. While I do not yet have a release date I can tell you the team has been working around the clock and my hope is that we can start internal beta on it as soon as possible… We’ll definitely keep ya updated when we launch public beta.   8. assign titles to admin signatures

    it would be nice to add titles to admin signatures such as CEO, CFO.. ect. also would be nice to have more than one admin signature.

  9. Internal scroll bar

    It would be great if the document editing area had an internal scroll bar like a regular WP page with the editing toolbar fixed at the top. My company has very long documents with a lot of input fields and it's bothersome to scroll all the way up from the bottom of a long doc to hit the input field button, and then find your place again.

  10. add logic or a way to have parent or guardian signature if contractee is under 18

    Currently I do not see a way to have more than one signer based on conditional logic. If a person is signing a contract but is under 18, it will require a parent or guardian signature as well. Based on a date selection, you could enable conditional logic to add an additional signer. If this is possible already... please advise how.

  11. REMOVE all the outbound links. at least (until it is signed)

    The SIGNED contract, in my mind, is the accounts receivable I can count on. Having all the disclaimers is great however, in the contract flow there are three or four area that allow Signers to click a link to your website. which is informative, however it is 100% an ad. i dont like it. i would like my clients to see the contract and sign it. let me decide on what links they need to see. i paid for it right?

  12. Shortcut : Click to "Approve"

    Instead of having to go through the whole signing process 1001 times, for companies with very standard forms or approving procedures, approving managers can just click to approve within the notification email instead of clicking to the document, finding the signature portion and signing/typing in the field.

    While we do not have a Paypal integration for WP E-Sign. We do integrate with EDD, WooCommerce, GravityForms, Ninja Forms, WP Forms, Formidable, and Caldera Forms which ALL have paypal integrations. So you could very easily still integrate paypal into your workflow using WP E-Signature and one of the many thrid-party integrations :-)

  14. Multiple File Uploads From a Single File Upload Field

    Please consider adding the ability for a Signer to upload multiple files from a single file upload field. We are using a stand alone document as an application and the number of files to be uploaded by each user varies widely depending upon what segment of service they are applying for.

  15. output format

    would like if you could see format of final product, aka, letter/legal printing. Now there's not a way to preserve a format that is also responsive on the site. Ideally I want to have it printed on letter or legal size with an idea of how it will show up on the output. Right now that's just not possible.

  16. Faster support and options other than email

    My experience with support has been favorable except for the time it takes to get a response and no option other than email. It has taken days for issues to be resolved.

    Hi Brian… I apologize for the delay and understand that the speed of our support not only affect you but they also affect yur customers and for that I apologize. The team just released a major update today after 3 months of development.   17. Create Documents With Form Layout

    ApproveMe works well with text contracts but there are occasions when a form layout is needed e.g. Job Application, Mortgage etc. that has user fillable fields

    Hence when creating a document, it would be helpful if a form layout or similar could be used.

  18. Add custom variables to documents

    One thing you want to avoid when using templates is to forget to fill a part that is generic. For instance, "The project will be delivered in X days". Forgetting to change "X" for the right number (e.g. 5) is not really professional.

    To avoid that, I suggest we can create variables like this:
    The project will be delivered in [esign var="days"] days.

    When you detect a short code, you would add a textbox (via post_meta) and simply replace the value I put in the textbox into the content directly. That way, I know that when I filled all the…

  19. Option to hide document name on signature page / pdf

    Hello,

    The document name appears on top of the signature page / pdf.
    However some document might need more complex/different titles. Currently the user has to add the "true" document title in the document body.
    Then it would be great to get the option to hide the document name in this case, to avoid confusing presentation for signers.

  20. Woocommerce Improvements - Bookings

    Would be really awesome if the woocommerce support was extended to support the Woocommerce Bookings Add On - so that the data captured when making a booking can be pulled into a contract! :-)
