would like if you could see format of final product, aka, letter/legal printing. Now there's not a way to preserve a format that is also responsive on the site. Ideally I want to have it printed on letter or legal size with an idea of how it will show up on the output. Right now that's just not possible.

Would be really awesome if the woocommerce support was extended to support the Woocommerce Bookings Add On - so that the data captured when making a booking can be pulled into a contract! :-)

Attach contracts to new orders created from backend
Hi! We take quite a lot of phone orders. It would be nice if we could automatically attach and send the stand alone contracts. Right now, we have to make the order and prepare a contract (from the template) separately. It'd be great if this process could be streamlined.

Include any data from a form in the "signed document" confirmation email
The current "signed document" confirmation emails include a limited amount of data. I would like to be able to add any data from the form into the confirmation email. In my use case the data I would like to add is being inserted from Gravity Forms and I would like it to be in the confirmation email so it can be parsed by Zapier. I think this would be helpful for everyone though because they could see what was entered on the form without having to open it.

Ability to insert QueryString parameters for the SAD !
While the integration with form fields' works, I would like to have an option to insert the query string parameters from the URL like we do with various WP Forms.

While I do not yet have a release date I can tell you the team has been working around the clock and my hope is that we can start internal beta on it as soon as possible… We’ll definitely keep ya updated when we launch public beta. Hide empty fields
Not all of my Gravity Form fields are mandatory. Some are conditional fields, and some are optional values.
It would be great if the "insert field" shortcode could include a "Title" and an option to "Hide if empty".

When is 2.0 due out?
Any ETA on this? The solutions to some of my problems are all things that are being considered for 2.0, but without any date of when that will be I'm in a bit of a quandary.

Add Gravity Form fields generated through the Repeater Plugin
Support Repeater Plugin that extends gravity forms. You currently do not support this with your Esign plugin. I already contacted support and was told to put in a request, which I did, but was closed, so I now I am doing it again.

Signing multiple forms at once
Signing multiple forms at once. I have multiple forms that need to be signed but the only way I can figure out how to do it is to create one "stand alone document" for each form, then have them redirect to each other. But this means that the client has to still enter their name, email address, and sign each individual form. Is there an easier way to do that that I'm missing? (And ultimately I need each form to be its own PDF - or at least its own page in a PDF).

Revise Documents
I am using E-Signature as a way for people to approve layouts. As it stands, there is no way for us to "edit" or "revise" the document once it has been sent and not signed. For example, if changes are required. We need to delete the document and re-create it. It would be a lot easier to be able to "Edit" and re-send an invitation to sign.

7 votesWhile we do not have a Paypal integration for WP E-Sign. We do integrate with EDD, WooCommerce, GravityForms, Ninja Forms, WP Forms, Formidable, and Caldera Forms which ALL have paypal integrations. So you could very easily still integrate paypal into your workflow using WP E-Signature and one of the many thrid-party integrations :-)

Shortcut : Click to "Approve"
Instead of having to go through the whole signing process 1001 times, for companies with very standard forms or approving procedures, approving managers can just click to approve within the notification email instead of clicking to the document, finding the signature portion and signing/typing in the field.

Faster support and options other than email
My experience with support has been favorable except for the time it takes to get a response and no option other than email. It has taken days for issues to be resolved.

The team just released a major update today after 3 months of development. REMOVE all the outbound links. at least (until it is signed)
The SIGNED contract, in my mind, is the accounts receivable I can count on. Having all the disclaimers is great however, in the contract flow there are three or four area that allow Signers to click a link to your website. which is informative, however it is 100% an ad. i dont like it. i would like my clients to see the contract and sign it. let me decide on what links they need to see. i paid for it right?

Add support for WPML
We send contracts in both French and English. It would be nice to be able to easily display buttons and labels on the document in the right language.

add logic or a way to have parent or guardian signature if contractee is under 18
Currently I do not see a way to have more than one signer based on conditional logic. If a person is signing a contract but is under 18, it will require a parent or guardian signature as well. Based on a date selection, you could enable conditional logic to add an additional signer. If this is possible already... please advise how.
