Send Signed Contract to Additional Emails
As of now, when a contract is signed it goes to admin email. It would be nice to automatically go to additional emails automatically.

Woocommerce order details to contract
We need to be able to use shortcode to insert only certain pieces of the woocommerce order data into the document, such as first and last name. We can't do business with the current set up, and the only reason our company went with WP E-Signature was because a sales rep said we could do exactly that, but a CSR told us otherwise, after purchasing a business license...
16 votesWe silently added this feature in 1.5.0. If you scroll over the signer Input Fields Pencil icon when creating your contract (with the Woo + Digital Signature add-on installed). You will now have the options to insert specific data points related to the woo experience.

Add Visual Composer to the document editor
Allow documents to be created with the powerful visual editor Visual Composer.
15 votesFor security reasons we will not be supporting visual composer. We are however completely rewriting our entire document creation system so that it is more user friendly.

Page Breaks within a multi page document
Many documents have several places to sign and currently these "packets" have to be broken up into several documents. I would like to see the ability to create multi page documents with multiple signing locations, maybe before each page break.
14 votesEsig-page-break] page break shortcode:
We recently introduced a powerful shortcode [esig-page-break]. As the document creator you can now easily add a page break to your document using this shortcode. Insert [esig-page-break] anywhere in your document, if you would like to split up the content onto a new page (when the document has been signed) and our digital platform will detect the new page break and automatically add whatever content is beneath the shortcode to a new document page. -
Provide an error message if the user doesn't actually sign.
When a user hits the "Agree & Sign" button, if they didn't actually sign first, have an error message pop up asking them to sign.

We released this feature a while back (the same release as our Type My Signature Release).
If you insert the shortcode:
[esig-page-break]It will create a page break between content when printing or saving as a PDF.

Connect signed e-Sig Forms with the Gravity Forms which they were signed for
I created a Gravity Form and enabled eSignature so the user signs for the item. Both form results are saved in separate locations, without a common link to connect them. Ideally, the eSignature form would encapsulate all of the Gravity Form field data within the signed form, but I've not found a way to do that.
11 votesYou can do this using our WP E-Sign/GravityFlow.io integration. Read more about that here: http://docs.gravityflow.io/article/121-approveme-wp-e-signature-integration

Setting for DATE format.
You have customer/users outside of the US. In Australia we use DD/MM/YYYY format
For Date custom fields Approve me only uses US format MM/DD/YYYY
This can be confusing for recipients of the doc and is not usable in countries that use a different format.
Also nice to have would be DD-Month-YYYY format or similar
10 votesWe added the ability to set the date format/pull the date format defined in the WP dashboard :-)

1. When client signs it says "YOU signed like a boss" or along those lines. .
- When client signs it says "YOU signed like a boss" or along those lines. Can this be removed as it seems unprofessional. More appropriate would be " Thankyou for signing the document".

WooCommerce Integration
There are some cases where you want to make sure your customer has read and understand the terms and conditions related to a specific product or service served through the WooCommerce e-shop plugin.
It would be great if we could add an input field on the checkout for the users to sign in order to authorize the buying of the product/service.

Automation
It would be great if a document was sent automatically when a new user registers, or some other forms of automation.
It might already be possible, but I couldn't find anything on the documentation (shortcodes, hooks,etc?)...

CC recipients to be able to view contract BEFORE it being signed
Right now, anybody being CC'd on the contract can't view the document before it is signed, making the e-mail notification completely useless. There should be a link in the e-mail for them to view (but not sign) it.
7 votesIn 1.4.0 we released CC users into our core plugin. https://www.approveme.com/wordpress-contract-plugin/esignature/

User Story Description
As a {admin} user, I need {the ability to specify what roles can also upload documents for signing} so that {other roles can have access to plugin}.
User Story Acceptance Criteria
The admin user has the ability to specify a role that can view the plugin from the backend.

Users of a granted access will only have access to their documents

Populate Stand Alone Forms with existing Customer Data from WordPress/Woocommerce!
While the customer is logged in and then they click and enter a Stand Alone Form populate the form fields with the existing Customer/Order Data from WordPress/Woocommerce! e.g. Name, Address, Phone, Product Sold, Amount Sold, etc... so that information doesn't have to be entered all over again.

integration with Paid Memberships Pro
Paid Memberships Pro is an outstanding membership plugin that would be great to use with approveme. you could assign different membership with document templates in order for paying members to receive terms and conditions specific to the membership level they choose
6 votesYou can actually do this already using our Document Portal feature. Read here about how you would set it all up.
