Deal Package for Multiple Documents
It would be nice to have a "package" for multiple documents required like a check of list for a complete transaction that requires more than one document.
also it would be great to invite humans that need to see the documents but not necessarily need to sign anything.
I like this idea… we’ll need to think through how this could work from a backend perspective.

I am also keen having multiple documents signed as part of one contract. My worklflow requires multiple documents signing as part each customer onboarding. This is the only thing preventing me from purchasing this.

Thanks Scot for the feedback here... we'll be sure to review it in detail once we get past a few of the more urgent/time sensitive features we're currently working on. And yes, I agree with you 100%. You cannot really/should be using signer order when inputting custom fields that alter the contract data. It's for this reason we often suggest that customers figure out a way to have the terms solidified first ahead of the workflow being sent to the signer.

I could provide some input on this one... i may even be the anonymous poster. you could easily do it if you understand the variables and scenarios of a basic two or three party deal.. Another issue i have found (which is related) and cannot get around is using custom signer fields and signing order at the same time with multiple signers.. Example signer 1 has some fields.. fills them out and then signs.. signer two has some fields fills them out and signs.. but signer one has already signed this legally binding contract ... without any knowledge of the entry signer two has added.. WHAT? HOW DID the TERMS CHANGE??? boo-ya.. cant use the feature as a legal contract. if changes can be made after a signature is writen it does not work. or am i doing it wrong? Post a new idea for that if you want.

The development team is currently in the final stages of preparing and testing this feature. While we do not yet have a release date we are aiming to add it into the next major feature release (1.3.2).

Back in October you were saying that 1.3.1 would be a bugfix package coming out soon and that this feature was slated for .3.2 - any news on when this will happen?

How soon do you think this add-on will be available? My client needs this before he can proceed with the WP E-signature solution.

Sounds like we're on the same page :) We're currently in testing for this feature and hope to release it in the 1.3.2 release (we'll be releasing 1.3.0 in a day or so and 1.3.1 will be a bug fix release so all that to say it's coming very very soon).
