Ability to submit gravity forms to different contracts from form entries view in gravity form admin
Ability to submit gravity form entrries to different contracts from form entries view in gravity form admin
You can absolutely (already) do this… you’ll just need to create a second contract… and then click “Add New” under the Gravity Form “WP E-Signature” tab when viewing the form in Gravity Forms…

Hi Ted... sure that's a great question.
You would need to...
http://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-signature-forms-add-on/
1. Create more than one Stand Alone Document. Follow the normal steps for integrating the field data in the Stand Alone Document by using clicking the pen icon and choosing the "Gravity Forms Data" option.
- You can do this multiple times on more than one contract...2. After creating the docs you'll be prompted to go to the Gravity Form and actually connect the form with the document. You do this by clicking "Add New" when on the form and when you have hovered over the "WP E-Signature" option which can be found here: http://screencast.com/t/T7s0txdO9Yb
I’d recommend setting up one as a “redirect user to Contract/Agreement after submission” and the other as “Email user an invitation after submission”
Hope that helps... if you need further assistance you can create a support ticket at: www.approveme.com/support

How do you send the form data to the contract from the form entries view without resubmitting the form? I only see the option to resend notifications.

I would like to be able to use the information collected from the gravity form on more than 1 contract and have this ability from the form entries admin screen. Or just be able to open up form entries at a later date and send that information to a contract for signing raher than have to do this at the time the form is submitted.

Any way to get a phone number for some customization work?
