Better email notification settings
We use the Stand Alone document feature as well as the Gravity Forms integration. Once the document is signed, we would like a signed PDF copy to go to the Manager working the file. This email is captured in the Gravity Forms order form before being sent to the Approve Me stand alone doc. Would like to have the signed pdf copy routed to the manager instead of coming to only the Admin email.
We’re working on an improved email notifications and workflow manager in our 2.0 version.

Glad to hear this. We also need email notifications sent to multiple parts upon the signing of a Stand Alone document.

Would like to add a thumbs up for this one. I need the ability to send email notifications and PDFs to multiple recipients (administrative assistant, another site admin) on a per-document basis for stand alone docs. Only being able to send to one email address is very limiting.

Thanks guys. More specifically, I would like the option to turn off Viewed notifications, and would like to add multiple parties to receive the signed PDF version. This would be ideal for companies who have a team of people who review the documents after they are signed. We use the Stand Alone documents so these options make more sense when it comes to control and distribution.
