Standalone Documents and Approval Signers
I have a few comments and suggestions pertaining to standalone documents and the approval signer feature:
Presently, when the first user signs a standalone document, the admin receives an email notification stating that the user has VIEWED the document. This is incorrect.. It should state that the user has SIGNED the document.
After the first user has signed the document, it shows up in the "Signed Documents" section in the admin. However, since it still requires an approval signature, shouldn't it also show up in the "Awaiting SIgnatures" section?
Presently, the Approval Signer receives an email notification when there's a new document for him to sign. However, it seems disorganized and sloppy to rely on email for this. If the Approval Signer has a lot of documents to sign, he could easily lose track of them in his email inbox. I'd like the Approval Signer to be able to login to the admin and view a list of all the documents pending approval. Then he could go through the list and sign them directly from the admin, rather than having to locate the email for each document. I was thinking perhaps the Unlimited Sender Roles addon could accomplish this, but the Approval Signer is not necessarily the same person who's sending the document, so I don't think it would work.
I know you're working on an API and I'm hoping the API will support web hooks, so we can receive a postback notification each time an event occurs. For instance, I'd like to be able to receive a postback containing the document ID, so we could generate links to documents and publish the links within our internal admin, managing the entire workflow outside of WordPress.
