Add-On: PDF Upload / Drag and Drop
As an admin user I would like the ability to upload PDFS and drag and drop where the signer input fields should go on the pdf so that I can easily upload pdfs.
- Admin will be able to upload PDF
- Admin will have access to signer input fields
- Panel will be easy to use and include drag and drop functionality
- Database will save info inputed from user
We are currently working on this feature.

Having purchased this plugin it seems as if this feature along with multiple signatures is still not available and was apparently planned three years ago. So it seems im gonna have to build this feature. Currently it is already possible to upload pdfs through say for example fillable pdfs which is a plugin. However approveme uses only flat files and or texts. What approveme needs is to just clone docusigns drag and drop feature. Is this planned or has this project been abandoned?

Why is there still no update on this? I thought this feature was available when I signed up. I'm about to ask for a refund if that's the case...

I think the software people are looking for is Signer by Simcy Creative, or SwiftCloud. Both of those products offer exactly PDF signing - one is a subscription - the other a flat price.

Not happy because I bought this years ago and have never used it while waiting for this update.

Kevin, your last update was on April 13, 2017. Since it's been a full year, do you mind providing us with a status update? The PDF Upload functionality is something that my client's been waiting for for well over a year now.

I also bought plugin more than a year ago, and am still waiting for this so-called update. I'm starting to think we wasted our money, and they are not actually releasing a new version. This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. I have even emailed them several times asking for an update, and it was always the same answer, "We are actively working on the new version, but we don't have an eta yet".

Any update? Was hoping it would be ready for tax season after I bought full package almost a year ago. Thanks!

Is there any update on this feature, and the 2.0 version? Patiently waiting, and so is my client....

This is an absolutely essential feature in use by DocuSign and Adobe Esign. Hope it is available soon!

We have indeed been working on 2.0 for a while. We were initially planning on releasing it 100% as a fully WordPress ran application… and got very very close to doing so; however, similar to the PCI compliance industry (i.e. the industry that regulates accepting credit cards online) there’s been an uprising of laws and regulations in the document signing industry.
So while we are very close to having 2.0 release ready we’re in the process of having to re-architect the API and set it up to run a portion of the application in our cloud while still maintaining the overall customer experience so everything still feels seamless and like it’s all taking place on YOUR site. As such there's still some backend changes that we are quickly working to mitigate.
The good news is the team is continuing to develop the final screens that remained however, it will realistically take a little bit more time before the re-architecture of API and cloud backend is beta ready.
I apologize for the delay and understand how this affects your personal timeline… however, we really want to make sure that we can stay on top of the regulations and offer the most seamless (and compliant) integration for our customers.
