Delayed E-sign process
Sometimes users do not have proper device handy like if their mouse is not working and only keyboard is working. We can send them a unique link to their email were they can click and sign later and the same gets stored in the backend of wp admin panel. what we can do is to provide a button on esign page where user can click on send me an email i will sign later... and the user should be able to continue the process without signing the document...

Passing information through to Active Campaign
Didn't quite see this, but it would be awesome if the information we have clients fill in on their document and then sign (the same document) could then be passed through to Active Campaign to update the user or an of the other CRMs out there...It's just odd that it only allows tags, or adding to a list? Gravity Forms does this already...but going through the Gravity Forms add-on takes away the ability to customize the contract from a template, before sending it, and still be able to send it to more than one signee.

Two layers authentification by phone/SMS
It would be more convenient two have a functionnality that would permit the two layers authentification without the action of "giving" the code personnaly, but by a text message automatically directly to the signer.

Can the WP log in credentials be omitted from a signed document?
Hi, our documents for signature are accessed through a generic log-in to Wordpress. When producing documents for signature, these credentials appear on the signed document. It is confusing to our signers. Is there a way to omit this information from the signed document?

Define signed document notification email address
Specify who should receive a notification that a stand alone document has a new submission, with attached document.
Overrides "owner" notification.
Particularly useful for alias addresses.
5 votesHey Lauren… great suggestion… we actually have this feature built out/slated for our 2.0 release. It’s already in development. While I don’t yet have a release date for you I can tell you the team is working full-steam ahead (and has been for quite sometime) on 2.0. I personally would LOVE to start internal beta sometime around (or shortly after) the holidays but it really depends on how soon QA can approve the work. Mass Delete And Empty Trash
We need a way to be able to either mass delete entries, or change the number of documents listed per page so we can select a hundred or more documents that are no longer needed to be 'moved to trash'. As well we need an 'empty trash' button

It would be great to be able to adjust the number of documents listed on the admin page just as you are able to on the wordpress posts page.

add an option to assign all documents to one user rather than recreating all the documents
When you create documents with user A and user B but only want emails to go to user B, it is a huge hassle to rewrite each document as user B. Instead, I suggest a feature that allows us to assign which user(s) should get emails for any/all documents from a single page.

Photo of user on the document
If user is using laptop or desktop with webcam or any handheld device with front camera, A picture of the user should be automatically added to the signed document, obviously with the users consent and approval.

Ability to add tables keep original Formatting
When using tablepress for tables, the formatting is lost when used in WPesgin.

In it we plan on including the ability in our contract creator tool for you to add tables on non-pdf agreements that are using our contract creation tool. Option to hide document name on signature page / pdf
Hello,
The document name appears on top of the signature page / pdf.
However some document might need more complex/different titles. Currently the user has to add the "true" document title in the document body.
Then it would be great to get the option to hide the document name in this case, to avoid confusing presentation for signers.Thanks,

Not all of my Gravity Form fields are mandatory. Some are conditional fields, and some are optional values.
It would be great if the "insert field" shortcode could include a "Title" and an option to "Hide if empty".

Have an option to insert All fields from Gravity Forms instead of one at a time.
Right now the only way to put your Gravity Form data on a eSignature document is to add individual fields one at a time. It would be a nice feature to add ALL fields at once from a Gravity Form.

Input Field Shortcodes
There is no way, through a shortcode, or filter to give a field a value prior to sending for signature.
e.g. text inputs are rendered with
return $this->texttohtml($label, $name, '', $required, false, $verifysigner, $size,$displaytype);
With the third parameter the value.
This needs to be either
a shortcode attribute; or
a filterable valueIdeally, both for ease in shortcodes and dynamism with a filter.
