Faster support and options other than email
My experience with support has been favorable except for the time it takes to get a response and no option other than email. It has taken days for issues to be resolved.
7 votesHi Brian… I apologize for the delay and understand that the speed of our support not only affect you but they also affect yur customers and for that I apologize. The team just released a major update today after 3 months of development. So the last couple weeks they were a little slower than usual in their response times…. while we don’t typically offer phone support (mainly becuase we want to keep the cost of the plugin down so it continue to be as affordable as possible for freelancers and small business owners) I have occasionally been known to jump on the phone with a customer or two here and there… if you want please shoot me an email at kevin@approveme.me and I’d love to discuss your challenges and see if we can help you solve them. Thanks so much for being our customer!

Support for Signature Pad Devices
Some our documents we would use Wp e-signature for are signed in person at our office and not over email. We use Topaz brand signature pads and would like to see support for this with WP e-signature, similar to what is available with Docusign.

Sort Signed Documents by (answers to) Custom Sender Fields
I want to be able to sort the signed documents by the filled-in "answers" people submit for the custom sender fields (from the add-on/extension).

Email to Signer Option
I am using the plugin in conjunction with Ninja Forms to allow members of my website to create documents by filling out forms on the front-end.
I would love for there to be an "Email to Signer" option on the document page - because I would like to allow the User to both View the Document immediately (in the case that the signer is in front of them and able to sign immediately) and be able to Email to the Signer immediately instead of having to wait for the email reminders to kick in.

HTTP request after signature
I'd like to be able to create an HTTP request automatically when a document is signed.
I'm using a stand-alone form to collect liability waivers from my students. I'd love to be able to update the student's record in my CRM with the date that they signed. (For new students, I need to be able to know how has/hasn't signed. And when I update the waiver, I need to know who has/hasn't signed the new version.)
To do that, I need to be able to pass at least their email address and the date they signed via an HTTP request.…

Add Boolean Conditional Logic to Send Document(s)
Please consider adding the ability to send multiple documents to a Signer based upon what they entered into a triggering Gravity Form, based upon Boolean Conditional Logic. That would be awesome and a big problem solver for us!

I'd like for my documents not to print blank fields and to be able to create fields based on conditional criteria I set up in Ninja Forms
I have a complex form created in Ninja Forms. Certain fields and pages only appear if answers to questions on a form meet certain criteria. I'd like this to be reflected in my e-signature forms

Add metadata to user account created if a document was signed
When using the create user on signing add-on there is no way to link the signed document and the user account automatically. For any use case where the documents are waivers or contracts it is vital to be able to see which users have completed them. There should be a flag set for the signed document or even better a link to all signed documents by a particular user.

More Powerfull Naming of Files in Dropbox Sync
Add the option of adding the contents of a submitted field to the title of the document when it is saved to the database and to DropBox Sync. Also, add an option to Dropbox Sync that forces it to create a (1), (2) etc addendum, instead of writing over a previous entry from the same day, with having to add a unique E-Sig ID number.

User Registration After Signing - Choose Username
We currently have an Add-On "WordPress User Registration After Signing" that creates a new WP User after a customer/client signs a contract.
The issue is that it creates the username from the email address which is not ideal. The issues with this method are:
1) If a user doesn't remember to change their display name and do any posting etc. their email is public for the world to see/bots to harvest. This can open up huge privacy concerns for users.
2) Technically it stores the email address in two places, their username and again in their email. WordPress has 2…
4 votesHi Amber, thank you for these great suggestions. I can definitely see the value in being able to allow users to create a username. I’ll be sure to pass this info along to our developers and see what they think. In regards to your comment below about being able to assign contracts to existing WordPress users we have a new feature coming out in 1.3.1 (which will be released early next week) that will allow you to assign contracts to a WordPress user role.
This feature will let you create any number of “required” docs for any WordPress user type. You simply create your docs. Assign them to a “User Role” and insert a shortcode on the page where you want your logged in users to see their required (or optional) docs and also you can add a separate shortcode for the “Signed Docs.”We look forward to sharing this…

Shortcut : Click to "Approve"
Instead of having to go through the whole signing process 1001 times, for companies with very standard forms or approving procedures, approving managers can just click to approve within the notification email instead of clicking to the document, finding the signature portion and signing/typing in the field.

Can a random person request to sign a document from the website directly, or do you have to make them a user?
I want to be able to have new clients that I dont know go on the website and request to sign the document. Once they have approval, be able to sign the document and view it. Is that possible?

Output file for collected signatures for a standalone document that's been signed by hundreds of people.
I need an option to run a report listing who has signed a document. We send a document to hundreds of users at one time and it is cumbersome to track signatures using the current page by page list.

Make page title name of document and website
Or allow us to name the document pages manually.
Not "WP E-Signature" etc.

It would be great for our business if we had an option to add a calculation between 2 fields.: F1 - Amt x F2 - Percent = Fee for Service
We provide a fixed fee (WooCommerce Product) plus a value addded up-charge as a percent of liquidity we genrate at plan and above plan. Being able to have our CMO set these fields or even the client enter their target we could reduce our closing steps from 3 to 1. This will have a profoundly posutive impact on our closing process.

Add Witness Functionality
Make it possible for documents to be eSigned by a Witness and add a Witness section to documents.

Ability to manually sign document
In cases where a client prints and hand signs a document, it would be useful to be able to manually mark the document as signed so it doesn't sit forever in the "Awaiting signatures" section of the backend.
