How can we improve WP E-Signature?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. automate dynamic contracts to user accounts client portal

    Why don't you guys have a shortcode to do this already???

    I'm so confused.

    Why do we have to rely on emails when WP creators us huge client portals to automate client relations. Please tell me you have a short code to auto syndicate contracts signed/unsigned into a user portal?

  3. Add Integration with Mautic Marketing Automation

    Mautic is open source marketing automation software. I can host it on my same hosting account as wordpress/wp-esignature. Please consider adding similar functionality to the ActiveCampaign integration.

  5. Get rid of the the Upgrade Nag Pop up in wp-admin.

    I still get the nag pop up after upgrading to current version. I have double checked plugin version on my server and it is up to date. I have tried purging my cache and upgrading my network. But I keep getting the Nag Message.

    Similar to DropBox integration but better. Also, have the ability to add signed PDFs to Crypto folder for secure documents.

    When all fields have been filled and the signature popup is visible and the user presses the enter key, the form is submitted and the following page returns errors.

  10. Bulk PDF download

    Ability to bulk download signed PDFs of a stand alone document. My clients can have hundreds of PDFs they currently have to download one by one. Bulk download would be fantastic!

  11. If Else Statement

    I need to get the data from Ninja Form's Checkbox, however approveme cannot get the checkbox value correctly, it just can get the value 0 or 1, but I need to show the text.

    Does it possible to have a if / else statement in approve even I cannot get the correct value from Ninja Form

  14. Only allow one item to be selected from a group of check box items.

    When you setup a list of check box items you can select all of them. Would like an option added to limit the selection to one checked item only.

  15. Blank screen

    I created a template first night I had this and now when I click on ‘edit’ this template in wordpress the screen is blank. Similarly I attempted to create a new stand alone document and would like to use the same code but it also is blank. I have no way to do anything here? Help please!

  16. Allow delegates to create and edit documents that a different signer can sign

    I have an assistant who I'd like to create and edit documents, but she will never need to sign the documents. If she creates them, then it has her name as the signatory, but that needs to be me. If she transfers ownership to me, then she can no longer see the documents to edit them if needed.

    I would like contracts to be able to be seen and edited by certain roles but you can choose who is added to the contract for their signature.

  18. add logic or a way to have parent or guardian signature if contractee is under 18

    Currently I do not see a way to have more than one signer based on conditional logic. If a person is signing a contract but is under 18, it will require a parent or guardian signature as well. Based on a date selection, you could enable conditional logic to add an additional signer. If this is possible already... please advise how.

  19. esig_document_after_invite_sent

    Hello,

    esigdocumentafterinvitesent action hook is not being called from the add() function within WPEDocumentsController.

    Is there any reason why it's not being called in add() while it's getting called on edit() and inviteusercallback() in ESIGSADAdmin?
