This is a fantastic suggestion. I couldn’t agree with you more. We really need to have the ability to hook into third party providers.
With our PDF Upload and 2.0 Front-End Dashboard nearing beta in the coming months the team is most definitely (even now) preparing the code base for a new API that can handle more industrial and enterprise level automations and sophisticated workflows.
All that to say… it’s coming! And while we’re not specifically building out the zapier add-on we are building out the API which is required first before creating the zapier add-on.

I agree with you guys 100%. We actually have already started rolling out a 3 phase project that will eventually introduce more document styliing options when creating a document using the plain text method.
We’re currently on the first phase (which is PDF upload Drag & Drop) once this is released and ready we’ll be adding some serious improvements to the plain text document creation process.

Thanks for the update Kevin. Any word on when 2.0 is going to be dropping? We've seen price increases in renewals (bummer), all seem to be gearing for 2.0 but no indication of when.
I'm on the fence about renewing at all, especially with the continual increased yearly rates, when we're not seeing much progress in the product.
