Yeah, I agree… there’s definitely room for improvement with our Dropbox integration. We are planning on reviewing and building out our add-on integrations substantially in our 2.0 version.

This is something we’ve talked about but will likely need to explore more deeply once our 2.0 version launches.

We’ve already added this feature in our 2.0 but it’s not yet in beta. So it is coming/will be available in our 2.0 product.

An error occurred while saving the comment Just to confirm you are requesting that the ip be translated into the GEO location? That's a really interesting idea. One that would be more manageable in our 2.0 version which will be a partially hosted solution.

An error occurred while saving the comment Oh man... I'm so sorry that you had to add 100 checkboxes. This is a fantastic idea. I'll have to review it with our development team after 2.0 ships.

We have completely rewritten how the branding etc works in our 2.0 product. I look forward to sharing more details with you on how this looks… and works. What I can tell you is that you will have significantly more control over the branding option with the agency type plans.

We will be considering this feature in 2.0. We do have plans to improve upon the public API. So this would likely fall into that category.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Greg... we've added this great suggestion to our planned development backlog.
With the public release in about 2 weeks it will most likely be a month or so before we can switch focus back to building out our add-on collection (which we are very committed to).
That being said we do have a Dropbox Sync option if you are looking for a safe third party location to store signed documents?

We have indeed been working on 2.0 for a while. We were initially planning on releasing it 100% as a fully WordPress ran application… and got very very close to doing so; however, similar to the PCI compliance industry (i.e. the industry that regulates accepting credit cards online) there’s been an uprising of laws and regulations in the document signing industry.
So while we are very close to having 2.0 release ready we’re in the process of having to re-architect the API and set it up to run a portion of the application in our cloud while still maintaining the overall customer experience so everything still feels seamless and like it’s all taking place on YOUR site. As such there’s still some backend changes that we are quickly working to mitigate.
The good news is the team is continuing to develop the final screens that remained however, it will realistically…

I apologize for the delay and understand how this affects your personal timeline… however, we really want to make sure that we can stay on top of the regulations and offer the most seamless (and compliant) integration for our customers.

An error occurred while saving the comment We are working on a way to add revisions in our 2.0 product. We do have an approval feature that can be added to a Stand Alone Document (that has already been signed). You can read about that here: https://www.approveme.com/wp-digital-signature-plugin-docs/article/approval-signer/
We also integrate with ALL of the major WordPress form plugins. So you could have your signers fill out a form FIRST... and create a custom contract based on what they filled out. If you were to take it a step further you could have the first form they submit pre-fill a second form... and you the admin can review their data they submitted before approving it clicking "submit" and then auto-triggering their custom contract via email.
