Allow delegates to create and edit documents that a different signer can sign
I have an assistant who I'd like to create and edit documents, but she will never need to sign the documents. If she creates them, then it has her name as the signatory, but that needs to be me. If she transfers ownership to me, then she can no longer see the documents to edit them if needed.
I would like contracts to be able to be seen and edited by certain roles but you can choose who is added to the contract for their signature.
