Add-On: PDF Upload / Drag and Drop
As an admin user I would like the ability to upload PDFS and drag and drop where the signer input fields should go on the pdf so that I can easily upload pdfs.
- Admin will be able to upload PDF
- Admin will have access to signer input fields
- Panel will be easy to use and include drag and drop functionality
- Database will save info inputed from user
We are currently working on this feature.

Can I be beta tester. I am getting many requests to have this feature. please let me know.

Wilson I agree it's taken much longer than we anticipated to create this feature... part of that reason is we decided to rewrite the entire platform from the ground up with our own unique UI/UX and with a new framework that web based apps are moving towards.
The good news here is that we are getting very close to starting internal beta and will likely start inviting customers to try out private beta early 2017.
I apologize for the delay and assure you that it will absolutely be worth the wait :-)

When can we use this new version?

Hey guys... we'll send an update here when we're ready to invite the first round of our current customers into private beta on our 2.0 version. We're hurrying as fast as we can to get into beta... thanks again to everyone for your patience on this MAJOR over haul. I assure you it's going to be worth the wait :-)

Can I be a beta tester? :) It's been hard telling everyone working on my project to be patient and wait for the upgrade. I would even be willing to pay your company to get my hands on the upgrade sooner. WP ESignature is amazing and the pdf feature upgrade will definitely bring it to another level. Thank you!

Hi ETC. We're almost finished building out the first and second phase screens in the front-end and have our core team developing the internal API that connects the front-end with our pre-existing database. I don't have an exact eta but as soon as the API end-points are all connected to the front-end we will start internal testing and start preparing everything for a beta. With the holidays approaching my goal is to get it into beta before the holidays... but it really depends on how the next few weeks of develop goes. Sorry to keep you and your client waiting on this... we really want it to be incredible which is why it's taken so long.

Kevin, just wanted to follow-up again on this feature since my client is getting anxious for moving forward on creating some complex forms that won't be nearly as complex with a PDF upload function. Thanks!

Any update on this feature?

Hey ETC... each day/week the team gets closer and closer to beta. It's looking like the dev team will be delivering the first phase (for internal testing) around the end of the month but we will likely need to include phase 2 before we open it up to private beta since phase 2 includes Stand Alone/Public docs... + settings screens... etc. The good news here is that with phase 1 behind us development will speed up 5x faster since the foundation is all there now it's literally just a matter of adding screens and modules.
We wanted to do things right so we could scale up the app to enterprise levels very quickly once it's released... which means it took longer to build out our phase 1 (I apologize for the delay but I assure you it will be worth the wait :-).
Here's a teaser - http://screencast.com/t/e3LG4fJBlaJr
Thanks for following up... we look forward to offering a very powerful solution for you and your client very very soon.
Kind Regards,

Kevin - just checking in to see if things are still on target for releasing this update. My client is holding off on building complicated forms manually since we know the PDF Upload is on its way!

Hey Kevin...
We are aiming for internal QA to start on the first phase of the PDF Upload & Drag & drop by the end of July. There will likely be some back and forth between our QA department and the development team for a couple weeks... so as soon as everything is approved by QA we will likely start a small scale beta (reaching out to users on this list that are current customers) and will officially release it after a month or so of beta (if everything goes well).
This is a huge rewrite for us... we decided to rewrite the entire plugin/platform from the ground up... so we'll be rolling this out in three phases.

Product looks great - but without this feature we are going to have to go with Adobe Sign! :(
If you should happen to release this feature today please let me know ASAP!!!!! :)

Hey thanks Josh for your great feedback! One of the exciting aspects of this highly anticipated release is that the entire document creation process will take place outside of your theme and also outside of your Wordpress dashboard... it will take place using our custom dashboard. Because of this there should be little if any plugin conflicts :-)
We have a solid team working around the clock (literally 3 different time zones) to get the first phase of this project into beta as fast as possible.
Making lots and lots of progress but we have not yet announced a release date.
I'll keep you posted!
Kind Regards,
