These are great ideas and we will review them for future updates. The export of multiple documents poses unique challenges that we are considering different options for. Since the server needs to generate PDF’s for each one it can be very time consuming and resource hungry. Most of our clients servers would have issues exporting multiple documents sequentially.

This is a fantastic suggestion. I couldn’t agree with you more. We really need to have the ability to hook into third party providers.
With our PDF Upload and 2.0 Front-End Dashboard nearing beta in the coming months the team is most definitely (even now) preparing the code base for a new API that can handle more industrial and enterprise level automations and sophisticated workflows.
All that to say… it’s coming! And while we’re not specifically building out the zapier add-on we are building out the API which is required first before creating the zapier add-on.
Looking forward to sharing this with you guys!

An error occurred while saving the comment We haven't forgotten about this. We know this has been a long time coming but we are actively working on our version 2.0 which will be better suited for us to further invest in integrations.

An error occurred while saving the comment We haven't set a date yet for our version 2.0 product. We will make formal announcements once we are closer to locking in a date. We have not looked in detail at the requirements of the EU trusted but in the future we do intend to explore further certification and compliance.

We are actively working on adding this feature to our 2.0 product.
An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Valerie! We aren't in a position yet to provide a launch date. 2.0 is our highest priority and we are working every day to get it ready. Over the years our users have given us great feedback on what they need from a document signing solution and we are working to make sure that the product is everything they need any more.
Exciting things to come!
An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Carla! Not yet but that is something that we are working on!

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the feedback!
We are reviewing this suggestion and trying to understand the use case. It seems that the workflows being described here are best suited for a basic document. The idea being that if there are multiple signers needed, they should be specified before hand. With a stand alone document, there wouldn't be a great way to specify who needs to sign before hand since this should in theory change based on each document.
A solution for the use case described above where a loan document need multiple signers, this is information that should be specified with the document is created and then sent out to the appropriate parties for signing.
This is also an example where it could be beneficial to create a template. This way the document doesn't need to manually formatted each time. Only the terms and signers would need to be changed.
Please let us know if there are any use cases we are not understanding or other scenarios where this would be applicable.

Thanks for using our app!
We haven’t added Front-end dashboard into WP E-Signature yet. But I think that’s an awesome idea! In fact, we loved the idea so much we began working on it about 6 months ago. I don’t have an ETA from the team behind it yet but from their last update, I’d say we’re close to launching it. We hope to make more announcements about this in the coming months.
Kind Regards,

An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Hunter, We don't have an exact timeframe yet. We have decided during the course of developing our 2.0 version that if we wanted to make it great we needed to back to the drawing board with a few aspects of the product.
An error occurred while saving the comment Yeah that's a fantastic Mikkel. I can certainly see the value in having something like this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks David... I'm not sure if you're aware but we did add this feature a while back:

Hey guys we’re actually in the middle of completely overhauling the entire plugin… including the input field module. We plan to integrate more developer friendly ways to automate and manage the contracts. Stay tuned for some announcements likely around or after the holidays.
An error occurred while saving the comment This is something we've been talking about potentially adding even before 2.0. I'll need to verify with our team and take a closer look at the road map to see if it's something we can "easily" add. Totally agree though and can certainly see how having it would save SO MUCH time... especially when you're needing to pass lots of user data into the contracts.

I like this idea… we’ll need to think through how this could work from a backend perspective.
An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Scot for the feedback here... we'll be sure to review it in detail once we get past a few of the more urgent/time sensitive features we're currently working on. And yes, I agree with you 100%. You cannot really/should be using signer order when inputting custom fields that alter the contract data. It's for this reason we often suggest that customers figure out a way to have the terms solidified first ahead of the workflow being sent to the signer.
An error occurred while saving the comment The development team is currently in the final stages of preparing and testing this feature. While we do not yet have a release date we are aiming to add it into the next major feature release (1.3.2).
An error occurred while saving the comment Sounds like we're on the same page :) We're currently in testing for this feature and hope to release it in the 1.3.2 release (we'll be releasing 1.3.0 in a day or so and 1.3.1 will be a bug fix release so all that to say it's coming very very soon).

We have indeed been working on 2.0 for a while. We were initially planning on releasing it 100% as a fully WordPress ran application… and got very very close to doing so; however, similar to the PCI compliance industry (i.e. the industry that regulates accepting credit cards online) there’s been an uprising of laws and regulations in the document signing industry.
So while we are very close to having 2.0 release ready we’re in the process of having to re-architect the API and set it up to run a portion of the application in our cloud while still maintaining the overall customer experience so everything still feels seamless and like it’s all taking place on YOUR site. As such there’s still some backend changes that we are quickly working to mitigate.
The good news is the team is continuing to develop the final screens that remained however, it will realistically…
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Mario great question... we're still finalizing the details on both.
We have however, been in conversations with a HIPAA compliant hosting company to offer/collaborate with them on some HIPAA compliant options for both of our customers. We'll keep you updated as both progress.

The good news is the team is continuing to develop the final screens that remained however, it will realistically take a little bit more time before the re-architecture of API and cloud backend is beta ready.
I apologize for the delay and understand how this affects your personal timeline… however, we really want to make sure that we can stay on top of the regulations and offer the most seamless (and compliant) integration for our customers.

We will be adding this feature to our 2.0 product. The screens are almost all finished and now we are focusing/finalizing the architecture of our API and new backend.
An error occurred while saving the comment Yeah, we'll definitely keep ya posted as we get closer to beta.

An error occurred while saving the comment I've reactivated the ticket in our support platform so the team can further clarify the conflict.
An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Anthony as I understand it the Gravity Form repeater plugin/add-on allows you to repeat fields that were already inputted throughout the Gravity Form... is that correct?
If so... there's really no need for this add-on with WP Esign because our Gravity Forms to WP Esign integration (https://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-signature-forms-add-on/) lets you insert a field from the previous Gravity Form however many times you'd like.
Say you have a contract like...
XXXXXXXXXXX [FULL NAME] XXXXXXXXXX
XXXX[FULL NAME]XXXXXYou could essentially do something like that in your contract (the shortcodes above would be automatically generated from our add-on... you can watch the video to see how to do that).
I'll wait for your rely to confirm if this is what you are trying to achieve or not.

While we do not have a Paypal integration for WP E-Sign. We do integrate with EDD, WooCommerce, GravityForms, Ninja Forms, WP Forms, Formidable, and Caldera Forms which ALL have paypal integrations. So you could very easily still integrate paypal into your workflow using WP E-Signature and one of the many thrid-party integrations :-)

Thanks for the feedback! We will keep this thread updated if we make plans for implementation. We are currently working on a new import/export tool that may help. With this you could export you all of you document data as an XML file before dropping all the esignature tables and re-installing. This method would delete all documents and settings but it would keep them as back up if you ever needed to restore them.
