Stand Alone Document Approval
Posting a stand alone document is great, but after the individual signs it, we need to then approve it (sign it) and then that would be the final document. The way it is now, we would either not be able to approve the document or we have to email each individual the document after they ask for it (we have potentially 100s of these). This is such a problem that I don't know if this plugin will work for us.

We are working on a way to add revisions in our 2.0 product. We do have an approval feature that can be added to a Stand Alone Document (that has already been signed). You can read about that here: https://www.approveme.com/wp-digital-signature-plugin-docs/article/approval-signer/
We also integrate with ALL of the major WordPress form plugins. So you could have your signers fill out a form FIRST... and create a custom contract based on what they filled out. If you were to take it a step further you could have the first form they submit pre-fill a second form... and you the admin can review their data they submitted before approving it clicking "submit" and then auto-triggering their custom contract via email.

Once the user/signee submits the form, a document is generated from a standalone document and saved (along with the option of emailing a notification and link to the admin). The admin then can review the document, make any edits to the document as need, then forward the document link to the user/signee to be signed.
