EASY FIX - "Save as Draft" stay on page...don't redirect to "my documents" tab
When saving a draft, you are redirected to the "my documents" tab, where you have to click "draft" link, then "edit" on the appropriate document to continue making edits.
This is unnecessarily time consuming....just stay put on the edit document page....an EASY FIX

Protected PDF - Restrict Editing
While I'm sure we all know that removing file protections from PDFs is pretty trivial, to the average office person it appears important. Is there a way to have the generated PDFs "restrict editing" at least?
4 votesI’m pretty sure our latest version of PDF’s are non-editable. We are also working on an advanced security feature for our 2.0 product generated PDFs.

Document Sender Fields
Add "input fields" that could be populated by the SENDER (not the signer) before sending out for a signature.
Or E-Sign could be design to work with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) allowing the Super Admin to create template posts that the SENDER would need to fill out before sending.
4 votesWe currently have form integrations with Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, WP Forms, Formidable, Caldera Forms and Contact Form 7. You can setup a form to esignature workflow and trigger email invitations to the signer after the form submitter fills in the fields.

my Docs area for clients
my clients, and clients of my clients, often have repeat business with customers who have a need to sign new contracts often and want to review the previous contracts they have signed.
A Signed Documents / or My Documents front end page would be great for logged in users to see all their signed documents. Other plugins have this and it would be a great addition to yours
4 votesWe have a pretty sweet Document Portal feature. You can read all about it here… https://www.approveme.com/wordpress-document-portal/
You just need to insert the “signed” shortcode on the page you want to display the users signed contracts on.
However, you will need to FIRST have the option selected prior to sending out contracts for signature. So this will ONLY work if you choose the option to enable the wordpress document portal.

Input field: TextArea
As a {admin} user, I need {the ability to add a multiline text area} so that {end users can provide a multiline block of text as part of the signing process} so that I can capture all required information from my customers.
Currently, there is no way to specify a multiline textfield as part of the signing process. The existing textfield can take a large string but it does not wrap to multiple lines in the format and this makes it difficult to take all the necessary fields. It also requires rework of many of our documents where the customer…

Readable Filenames for Contract Documents
It would be nice to append the contract title to documents. As it stands, when I look at the PDFs I have no idea what contract it's for unless I open it. You tell me, which contract is for the lincoln center theater project? https://digisavvycdn.s3.amazonaws.com/WP_E-Signature_-_Sync_-_Dropbox_2016-03-23_10-51-24.png =)

Compatibility with WP CLIENT
Compatibility with the "WP CLIENT" plugin
3 votesWhile we do not have an official “WP Client” integration. You can still easily set up WP E-Signature work with WP Client. We have a pretty cool Document Portal feature which would allow you to assign one document (or groups of documents) to a specific WordPress role.
Read more about it here:

Automating the Invitation
I would really like to be able to automate the sending of the Invite after a prospect registers on my site. Perhaps this is already possible but I have not been able to find a way to accomplish this.

The Dropbox sync add-on will add a new "Dropbox Sync" tab to the WP E-Signature plugin when installed.

Calendar in the Custom Fields Add-on; automatically fill in the current date?
I set up the plugin for a client's bar, and they have customers who need to sign their contract before they can ride their mechanical bull. Can we speed up the process by auto-filling the current date in the calendar from the Custom Fields Add-on? If not, is there an alternative?
1 voteI have great news for you… We actually have a option in the custom fields dropdown called "Signed on Date’ which would output the signed date (i.e .the current date).

Updating WP Memory Limit
This blog helped me with updating the WP Memory Limit

Premium extensions should automatically update rather than one at a time.
So painful to do them one at a time on multiple sites.
1 voteHey Mike I agree with you 100%. For this release and for this release ONLY it had to be manual/one at a time for pre-existing customers.
Here’s an article and a video that explains why. So sorry for the inconvenience. We did this so that things will be much more convenient, stable, and faster performance wise in the future.
Here’s that article: https://www.approveme.me/wordpress-contract-plugin/esign-add-on/

Trashed Contracts Should Be Unsignable
It is possible to sign and complete trashed contracts. This should not be the case as otherwise it is not possible to stop a contract from proceeding.
To replicate:
Create a contract with one or more parties
Send it
Trash it
It is possible to sign it via the link sent by email.
If all parties sign, the contract closes. This in my view is a serious bug as you should be able to stop a contract from being signed.
1 voteHey There!
I hope you’re having a great week so far. Thanks for your message! :)
After some testing, it appears that you are correct: currently ‘trashed’ document are able to be signed.
Thanks for bringing that to our attention! We definitely don’t promise to be a perfect, bug-free plugin, but we will absolutely do what we can do resolve bugs when they do pop up.
Our development team has resolved this internally and is looking to add this security measure to our next update. Yay!
Please let me know if you have any additional thoughts / questions on this by emailing me at curious@approveme.com.
Thanks again for your help improving our plugin! Have an awesome rest of your week!

Present Lengthy Forms for Signature
Do not force users to be presented with a lengthy document for signature in the web page, but rather allow user to open, view, download, print a .pdf file and then return to the main page to complete requested fields and sign.
1 voteWe already have this feature. If you are logged into your WordPress dashboard and click “E-Signature” → “Settings” → “Customization” you will see an option to “Display Save as PDF button ALWAYS no matter what” – http://screencast.com/t/1YMhNZw7ITVH
This would be the option you would want to select. You also have the option to override this setting in each document (while creating your document) by scrolling to the bottom of the document clicking “Advanced Document Settings”
