How can we improve WP E-Signature?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Show eSign Page after Woocommerce "Place Order" button clicked

    Please add an option to show the esign page after the "Place Order" button has been clicked. This is for payment options that do not accept payment at the time of order, such as COD or mail check payment.

  3. Automating the Invitation

    The idea is simple. Create a registration form where upon the signing parties enter their legal name and email then send an invite automatically with their information prefilled. This would be perfect for stand-alone NDA's and Confidentiality Agreements.

  4. Trashed Contracts Should Be Unsignable

    It is possible to sign and complete trashed contracts. This should not be the case as otherwise it is not possible to stop a contract from proceeding.

    To replicate:

    Create a contract with one or more parties
    Send it
    Trash it
    It is possible to sign it via the link sent by email.
    If all parties sign, the contract closes.

    This in my view is a serious bug as you should be able to stop a contract from being signed.

    I hope you’re having a great week so far. Thanks for your message! :)

    After some testing, it appears that you are correct: currently ‘trashed’ document are able to be signed.

    Thanks for bringing that to our attention! We definitely don’t promise to be a perfect, bug-free plugin, but we will absolutely do what we can do resolve bugs when they do pop up.

    Our development team has resolved this internally and is looking to add this security measure to our next update. Yay!
