Please keep in mind two witness scenarios:
1) Contract is signed by person entering agreement needs to either A) Forward the contract to a witness via email or B) Person standing next to them (physically) would like to be the witness and sign.
2) Contract is signed by a child entering agreement but needs a parent or gurardian to sign (witness and approve).
In either scenario above, a witness should likely type in their name, offer email or phone number and sign as the witness.
We're thinking all they would need is a confirmation email saying they signed the contract as a witness for X person - but not actually receive a full contract (maybe we're wrong - but thinking why should they hold on to another person's contract).
