    Need an API to check if a website user has signed the Terms and Conditions, so that I don't keep showing them.

    The user could be a guest or child of the user, so auto-registration does not solve the problem.

    I cannot force guests of the user or their minor children to sign up to my website.
    But, my insurance requires all participants to have signed, or their parent/legal guardian.

    A simple function called:

    bool function is_signed($document_id, $email);
